Help 9 block eruptors only hashing at 0.28 ghs -.-

Didn't change a thing, fairly new at this, computer savvy, not much a dev. But I got 9 block eruptors on BFGminer only hashing at a lucky .20 gh/s. What should I do? Running satechi 12 port hub USB 2.0, few Artic breeze fans. I didn't change a thing on the coding, I read somewhere I have to make a bat file, I'm mining from BTCguild's pool. Any help is appreciated, also some 3 of my eruptors aren't even hashing at all.

Do you have any hardware errors? What settings are you running at.
