Can anyone transfer money okpay UK?

i don't know if it has been done or not, but Buying Bitcoins in the UK is a pain in the ass.

Its difficult finding any good rates besides bitbargain which has high premiums on any of the coins.

I honestly do not know if it frowned upon doing this but...

Is there anyone who is verified with okpay, can transfer me money into my okpay account while i pay you through paypal or, if your in the UK , Instant bank transfer. I cannot trust any tom dick and harry, but i will also pay extra (tip) for this service to make it worth your while.  I will ofcourse, being a new member with nothing to show for my trust, i will pay first.
