It would be easier if you put a comment on your retweets.

Steps:
-Find a post you want to retweet.
-Click retweet.
-Add comment.
-Go to your profile.
-Click the time on your retweet.
-Get the LINK.

Try first and try to open the link it will go directly to your retweet.
