I have an account with deepbit.net and I'm trying to use it with Phoenix. I keep getting this error message that says wrong login or password.

I'm definitely using the right information, I don't understand why this is happening. Anyone know what's going on?

Try to create a new worker. The username/pw will be that of the worker.

I made a new worker, and I tried to connect with the username: Email@site.com_WorkerName with the password of that worker.

Still no luck.

Usernames and passwords are sensitive. But what can be less obvious is deepbit will make your workers username all lowercase, at least it did for me.

Ah! Didn't realize it was case sensitive! Problem solved.

Thanks a lot for the responses!
