0.002SEC token per sympol of encrypted note if you mean what happens to token after paid for note - it is burned.

Here is the answer from Software engineers: encryption in smart-contract is quite an expensive process, since huge number of iterations required. In order to make it cheaper for user we have shifted encryption process to his side.....I hope you understood what that means)))

You can send SEC tokens to any exchange where it is listed. ETH can't be trasferrred with the application.
