The problem is after I received the rewards (new coin), my wallet will turn "you got no mature coin for staking"

yes splitting of coins have higher chance but you should not split coin so that its weightage gets low If you do like this rewards will decrease chunk of coins should have some weightage
i think every split will get same rewards if weightage is same

once you get a reward on pos your existing coins are totaled with the reward you received which is then divided into 2 inputs and thus became immature.
They will require 24 hrs to get mature again and it will start staking .
