Hi there,

i made a withdraw of XEM from poloniex, and never received my coins. After opening 10 tickets and a month of time i received an answer, they deleted all tickets ans left one over. Now it's over two month ago, that i wanted to withdraw my money from this scam exchange. I don't get any answers from the support.

Any suggestions what can be done with this scammers?

Greets
Sai

P.S.

For now i wouldn't recommend to trade on poloniex, you may become an victim of a technichal issue and will never see your money again, because the support on poloniex doesn't exist at all.

I cant see this, They have just been bought out by Goldman Sachs investment wing circle which is a huge huge company. This is probably some administration issues, or even issues with an influx of customers. I wouldnt worry too much

You should probably use decentralized exchanges like Bisq instead.

Poloniex is not a scam but they have bad support, use Binance or Bittrex instead
