How do you guys keep up with the charts?
Can't even sleep well anymore, if I stick to holding is it possible to make gains too ?
-keeping my charts is a sign to have monitoring update about what happen in movement market in cryptoworl? and not worry about the negative moment result,,because it too stress to me if will drive feeling emotionaly, -You cannot going to sleep in a comfort way because you saw the negative result of your chart,well is not a good sign of thinking negative path,because you attempt to selling your coin,immediately despite the market are in red ,that will cause you to make losses and mistake,to make aware of this condition ,let always think positive even the road of trading is not always fine due to is very volatile price and unpredictable,but take note if you hold the right coin and a long term, its possible to make your gain,  We must avoid that in same manners as other traders did with their trading strategies. However its so hard to think of not being bothered by the price nowadays, because most of us wanted to earn sustainable price as we trade our tokens. |

Gains, sometimes, have to come not as often as we wanted them. That is a reality in cryptocurrency. I guess you have already noticed it by now that the charts are not always green. There are a lot of times when everywhere you look at the charts, the only color is red. Don't be stressed with this. This is very normal. You stick to holding and wait for the market to turn green. It will, for sure. |

Yes it is really exhausting to review the charts and if you this often you will really get tired of it. This is one of the reason why I can not do trading regularly. I know that clicking the buy and sell button will just take about a few minutes but of course before you buy or sell your coins you need to study what you are going to buy or sell. Now for your questions of course holding is also profitable. It might not be as profitable as trading but it is safer and less time constraint. |

If you tired to cheked charts every hour , I suggest check it twisce a day but the advatange of checking chat everyhour or upto 5 times a day is when the price increase of the coin you bought you can sell because mostly if the coin increase they will decrease fastly. And if the price decrease you have chance to buy more coins.

Don't check chart every minutes guys  Try to learn technical analysis, and set alert at the price you want to buy or sell. Keep an eye on chart every time makes you feel uncomfortable and lose the feeling to win |

Being a long term trader I wont be attached to charts all day.
Use blockfolio. Its best to track all of your coins at once.

Now for your questions of course holding is also profitable. It might not be as profitable as trading but it is safer and less time constraint. If you do make active trades then seeing charts would be most likely to be part of your daily routine.Like it or not but you would really need to deal with it because this is the place on where you can make money.This is somehow my driving force which do motivates me to open charts even its tiring or becoming too boring because i do need to profit.Holding is on where most investors do choose up specially for those who dont like to risk up on shorter time frames and for those who havent enough time to open charts or make analysis. |

I do not get tired of checking charts, what i am tired is dealing with the slow internet connection here. Sometimes it is not enough to load the charts that I am going to check. I can't resist losing any single moment of the increase of price. We all know that it can't last long when it increase. Right ? I do not mind checking and waiting if I can earn big profit. |

for a long-term trader, of course, must have patience and also can find accurate information on the concept of a token that you hold for a long period of time. but if from the development looks not too show in the direction that has a pretty good potential I think it is not too important for you to keep holding it. because it will only be a waste of time.

it is a well known fact that if you feel the need to check the price, look at the charts, look at your orders, look at the news,.... constantly and multiple times a day then it means that you have no idea what you are doing. and also probably you have invested more than you can afford to lose.
this is very common among newcomers who think a couple of trades that made them profit during the pumping season has made them traders. the keep checking the market because they don't have a clear plan and the decisions they make are not based on logic but based on pure luck. in other words you can call this attitude a gamblers habit.

I do not even see any reason why someone who is holding long should be checking twice a day. Before I started trading, I only check my portfolio once in a week and that is even if I remembered. Since I have been investing even before cryptocurrency, I have always learned never to get greedy and invest something that would keep giving you palpitation every time, but invest what you would not care about and focus on the long term since that is the essence. It was when I saw the opportunity that comes from the volatility that I purposely decided to learn how to trade and at least with that, depending on your style of trading, it becomes an obligation to check the chart but not as a result of panic. |

The first thing I do every morning is for check how the prices are going. There is no need to be disappointed if chart is going down. As a holder, you should set a target price and time frame you wish to hold your tokens and when that time is not due, you should continue holding. The good time will come for you to smile.

This year bitcoin and other assets only for holding and control emotion and never sell this panic time. After the end previous year crypto market going to down and down and get negative feedback from others so I think try to forget your holding asset until crypto market up. |

Yes it is possible. But it takes time. It also stressed me out by keeping up on charts and prices. You need a vacation my friend. Use that money that you made profit for all the hard work and go to a place where there is no internet. You really need that. I have done that for a week and somehow the stress was relieved. We also need some rest from all of this. At least get enough sleep for a week or just a silent night without thinking of the crypto market. |

How come people get tired of checking the charts? Are they bored to their own coin list? But why? No price changed for a period of time? No volume? No good exchange? Holding for at least a year but still no progress?
Never did experienced getting tired checking on my coins list on my beloved portfolio since the thrilling part is there. I earned a lot from my lists so how come I will get tired checking them. Tiring yes but that's only applied to the coins on which I do short trades or those coins who are currently on a crazy pump or dump.
People just want to see a quick growth on their coins list that's why most of them are being tired watching on it.
Learn to balanced time and it will be fine.

There is a big possibilty to make you gain bigger profit if you stick to your plans of holding. As in regards to the currenct situation of the price in the marketcap which very unstable due to bearish day. To not minding every variation arrow of charts goes which is very discouraging effect to our emotion and patient, the remedy we that is just keep eyes your close and forget the capital invest at a moment. |
