If the "Good Project" posts keep getting deleted and users get nuked, some users still try to escape the net.
Lord_Soth tries to do this by deleting his old bumps, and then bumping the thread up every 10 minutes.

Use the "report to moderator" button would be enough, sometimes they ban this type of account that use only for bumping thread.
