I really hope something will be done about those horrible paid sigs that create a distraction and more importantly, fill the forum up with senseless posts just to earn some dust.

Not worse than your sig to be honest.
And you can disable the signatures in the forum options if you really dislike it Roll Eyes

Your sig is 3 lines long, and useless. At least when someone is advertising a casino I can learn something, and discover a new website Smiley

Anyway, if you don't want to disable the sigs, leave with it and stop whining. Thx.

Yeah, paid signatures are just horrible. Worst crime ever.
Oh, wait...  Roll Eyes

But seriously, you could simply disable them if they bother you so much.

I find it horrible because a lot just paid a month and conveniently forget to pay the rest.

Your signature is even more misleading.
A newbie offering an escrow service.

Ignore a user if you find them annoying, or just turn off signatures, and a reminder to you that a signature is used for advertising anyways.  If you don't like some of the sigs, oh well, life sucks right?  By the way, nice website.  Cool

Ill just say it here for reference... Personal or Business sigs are fantastic as it opens doors to ideas and opinions. I am all for sigs.

But paid sigs which are based on how much senseless waffle that can be dribbled, just to earn more dust, does nothing to encourage a good post. Some posts I have visited are people talking to themselves just for the dust at the end of the sig pay cycle. Im sure many have seen those threads.

Im not actually a newbie.. I just stopped using my old account and setup this new one as things change and there is not much recourse in getting things altered. One of which was a simple avatar and username which are now not appropriate.

Even if I was a newbie to this forum, has no relevance to me being a newbie in the BTC world.
If you know some of the bigger escrow traders here, you will know that some are now to busy with high school exams etc to complete escrows. There are also some long timers that have gained trust and suddenly disappear. So its kind of irrelevant, but you definitely correct in pointing that out.
As a tool to increase BTC awareness in this forum, it has little to offer, except in the tech sections and a few other areas.

Is probably the worst spammer I have ever seen, along with many others carrying the bit777 signature.

I think they do create some extra mindless posts and even though I'm participating, I'd be ok if they got rid of sigs.

I agree with you on that dude... I have already commented on his post in which he comments to himself for that extra micro-dust.

The point is that if you did have something of value to say, is it you making the comment or is it the sig thats making you comment. Unfortunately your words may get missed in the confusion.

It also creates senseless arguments just to get that extra post in...

I would say that Bit777 sigs really are horrible. That green background and yellow font... Ugh. I also think that sigs that pay you for the amount of posts you do per month encourage people to create more spammy posts. However, in cases such as mine, I just get paid for my total amount of posts as long as I do at least 14 a week, which is well below the amount of posts I usually wrote when not in the program.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.
