Maybe on why some people are not getting paid ill think some of them are scam or else the project they announce was be going to paused. But unfortunately some reason of why not be paid maybe the hardcap are not reach.

So if we going to participate some bounty campaign make sure to read the rules and follow of it so that in the of distribution you can get you bounty rewards.

You know, there are some projects that don't require KYC for bounty hunters when they start the campaign but when all the things are finished and all work was done they decide to apply KYC and require documents from participants. I am not totally against KYC but I would like to have both direction KYC - if they ask my documents, they may share their dicuments with me so I know they are not scammers who will use it anywhere I don't want them to

I have realized after some personal experiences why some people do not get paid after doing a bounty. While there are some projects who would not pay you, you still have to consider the fact that some of your actions do translate to you not being paid. Here below i will list why some people do not get paid.

1. They do not follow the rules. It is known that some people will buy a new piece of gadget and fail to read the owner's manual and when later problem comes, they start complaining. It is same with doing bounties. You do have to read the rules and follow them to the later.

2. When the rules are updated, they do not know and thus suffer from it. This one reason why people do not get rewarded. You have to be visiting the bounty thread or page to know if there is an update or checking social channels mostly Telegram.

3. People using your username and copying your content (blog). If you are doing bounties, its good you continuously check the spreadsheet to report any one who you see using your name or copying your work. This is important else some bounty manager may blacklist you thinking you are one doing or just blacklist both you and the one using your details.

4. Finish the bounty program. You may have noticed that the spreadsheet of bounties you have done shows that some people took off their signature prematurely. You just have to finish it else you wont get paid. This is like following the rules.

5. When you are told not to mention bounty in the main telegram group, just stick and obey the rule.

6. If a project advises for KYC and you dont like, just dont do it.

The problem now, is the KYC. For me one of the major aspects of crypto is anonymousity and with KYC.
KYC and being anonymous just dont fit in.
And i have seen, i was a victim also. I joined a bounty campaign and in the end the manager announces a KYC process.
At this point i wasnt able to provide substantial documents for my KYC and when i check the spreadsheet someone has already claimed my bounty.
and they actually pass the KYC process.
and of course some stakes wasnt able to claim cause of simple rules that wasnt able to meet. such as simple as joining the telegram chat

It will boils down to not following the rules, bounty are been guided by some set of rules and when any break the rules, then the person won't get paid

most cases happened many rewards Hunter didn't get paid because of many scams from the bounty. In addition, it sometimes because it did not achieve the soft cap which resulted in the bounty is not paid. It often happens that the reason for not getting paid bounty on them.

It's just a part. Some bounty campaign asks members must report their working every week but not at all remember it because they are working a lot of bounty campaigns at the same time.

I think the much better question here is basically Why do some companies tend not to pay legit bounty participants and instead it uses tricky situations that would prevent them responsibility like creating a situation wherein the company accuses the bounty manager of manipulation. Hence everybody is affected and are not get paid.

everything is true, but in other cases the ICo project will not pay bounty hunter if they do not reach the soft cap or if it is a scam project.

Because of the scam projects, I have only decided to partake in projects which are managed by reputable bounty managers. This way I don't get scammed by evil doers. And I don't get my time wasted because it's heartbreaking when you are not paid

Well they are different reasons why people dont get stakes after bounty it could be that they did not follow the rules of the bounty program or they missed out a vital information while registering or also the project could be a scam.

Good advise mate. Bounty hunters should learn how to follow rules and do as instructed by bounty managers. Be careful with submitting wallet, as well as wrong wallet, might end you bad.

A far bigger problem is dishonest owners that try to disqualify people from the bounty by imposing arbitrary changes. I have recently seen a bounty where they have after weeks of no information suddenly made a post in the bounty thread and demanded that everyone must do a certain task within 48 hours or they would lose their bounty. They had everyones emails but did not notify anyone. In my books that is dishonest and if they can not be persuaded to pay for the work they previously recognized then I will call them out for being a scam.

Other reason is because the project failed to raise fund and they are does not reached the sof cap target, and this reason we can avoid by selected the good project. And for the other reason like does not follow and forget the rules, we should be write down all that rules in the paper because every bounty has different rules. By write down in the paper will be easy to remember it when we forget about it, and this make more easy to manage it when joined many different bounty.

during bounty you have to follow the rule,every ico come with its rule to checkmate scam and the pattern they want to work which is very important ,just follow em at the end of the day you gonna get paid.

We can repay a bounty if our work is right. And of course we can do that right now and we are not doing anything wrong. I've seen so much for the facebook campaigns and twitter campaigns.
