I am willing to give an invite for BTC to a private torrent server.  I ask .5BTC per invite...pst if you have any questions about this.

Private trackers don't really keep torrents alive long.  It defeats the idea behind torrents in the first place.  The idea is to have many people sharing the same file as a means to increase availability and speed for downloading said file.  Making it private limits the number of users and causes the torrent to fizzle out and eventually die with maybe only one person uploading at a time.

Be sure to read the rules of said tracker to make sure that selling invites is allowed - and to the buyer, please check this beforehand as well.

Some sites will ban both the seller and the buyer if it turns out the invite was sold.

And sorry ManOfKnight, we're not trying to kill off your idea, we're just trying to let everyone else know the facts involved with private trackers and making sure everything's legit.  But then, with everything else Bitcoin related, it comes down to the decision of those with the bitcoins on who they do or don't trust.  So how about a little more info. than just "A private tracker"?  It's like saying "This special lamp."  It's great and all, but it leaves out important information and makes it difficult to trust you.  A little more info would help you a lot.
