I'm selling 111 KnCMiningOp shares.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=249820.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=252584.0

1 share=0.55Gh
Please note that the operation holds 600 shares for reinvesting in mining hardware, so right now this is the best price on the market (non diluting shares)
I only sell as a hole lot.
Starting bid: 0.025/share.
Reserve price 0.036/share.
Buy it now: 0.041 share.

I reserve the right not to sell under reserve price.
Action will end after 48 hours from posting time.

I can offer 2BTC if the shares fail to sell by the 48 hour mark (if your desperate) IF there is no payout from now till 48 hrs.  If there is a payout than my offer is void

@.036/share ROI probably wont be made (your reserve)

I need the money that's why i sell below market price (lower than cex.io and adiction gb shares) and there are 600 shares (330 Gh) mining for reinvestment, so this is really a share in a mining operation, not just a bond that will dilute over time, so ROI and profit is guaranteed at BIN.

Yes. I can get the groupbuy administrator to confirm and transfer shares. He will do the escrow himself.

Note that on the group buy threads that the shares were sold at 0.1 btc eatch. The price included the 600 shares mining for reinvestment.

Right now, that doesn't look very good:

http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/a/badca74a9f

At current values, a share yields 0.0287, and even that is ignoring the expected 8 PH/s that should hit the network by February.

If you include the expected ~600 difficulty in a few hours, a share yields 0.0245:

http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/a/a402d3e97d

The increase is slightly lower right now than the calculator is listing due to a drop in network hashrate about a week ago, but 0.036 is at least 50% over possible revenue.

I'd offer you 0.018 per share, but I see someone already beat me to it. If that offer is withdrawn due to payout shortly, though, that would be my offer.

Please respect the action terms and post offers equal or above the minimum bid. Furuknap, if you are so good with the calculation why did you bought 200 shares @ 0.1 and want to buy more? Sorry, you can't get them for almoust free.
Please do not spam this topic anymore. Thank you.

I bought my shares at a time when the mining landscape looked significantly different. I have lost some money and gotten burned on that. You're right now holding a torch in your hand, looking to burn someone else.

Sorry, when you ask a question, you can't expect not to hear a response. If you do not want to get a response, do not ask questions.

What you describe as "Almost free" is around 70% of possible return, so I'm calculating a risk of 30% that the rate of return is lower due to even higher increased network hash rate.

What you think is reasonable is 200% of what anyone could ever get back, so you're expecting someone to bet that Bitcoin mining suddenly goes out of fashion and half of every mining order made will be cancelled, and that is just to get back the money they give you, not to make any profit. Any risk of hardware failure (such as the continued failure of the GB3 miner, which I'm assuming you forgot to mention) is taken by the buyer on top of that.

Oh, and I'm not the one making these calculations.

My bid is still 111@0.018.

I have asked you nicely not to spam my topic anymore. To answer you, at curent btc price it needs only 12.873 btc (witch almost 9 are already mined) for adding a TerraMiner IV – 2TH/s to the mining operation, so i can understand why you are trying to scare people not to bid, hopping to obtain the shares for yourself extremely cheap. Yes, i need the money, that's why I'm selling, but did'n expect from anybody to apply such low strategy just for profit. Now i didn't asked you anything, so for the last time please leave this topic. Have a great day.

There's no spamming involved, I'm posting facts easily verifiable only.

On the other hand, you're deliberately keeping vital information from bidders, such as the fact that the GB3 miner is non-functional and possibly worthless. You're also not listing the distribution of your shares in the various GBs.

Oh, and:
Furuknap, if you are so good with the calculation why did you bought 200 shares @ 0.1 and want to buy more?
seems to be a question. I may just be reading too much into your question mark at the end, the sentence structure, and explicitly mentioning my name.

So, to give bidders a better idea, you should note that 20 of your shares are in GB3*1, which isn't mining. If that needs to be refunded, it will refund at $5 per share, or 0.011BTC, less than a third of your reserve price.

The reinvestment fund may be relevant, I'll grant you that, but a CT IV in February for 13BTC is just throwing more money out the window:

I see there are 3 GBs. Is each GB separate - meaning if you are in GB 2 you only get how much machine 2 is making? Also what about the reinvestment fund, is that separated by GB as well?

Stop with the lies, you can't have them for almoust free:
http://54.243.221.120/KMO/default/index
You can be a better person and not make a full out of yourself like in deprived thread. Or you can try ebay, maybe there you'll find someone to cheat on, like you did on btct with the 1Mh mining bonds. Life isn't only about running for profit.

There is a single payment address and all profit is split on total number of shares regardless on witch GB were bought. The separation was until the last Jupiter started mining.

Life isn't only about running for profit.

And yet you're trying to charge 200% of what anyone will ever make.

Classy.
