Anyone know what happened to mybitcoin.com?? I can't even get to the website now. I still have 0.02 btc in there!!!

I have no idea what happen but it is not fun because i send al my BTC to mybitcoin.com
And cant get to it now did i lose it al or will the site come back ?
If so ill never use it again

IMHO. This is the reason I believe that the price per BTC has been going down pretty dramitically.
Sadly I think he took the wallet and ran.

I'm kind of with you on this. There was an option to immediately send BTC to a different Address once it's received. I wouldn't mind using their service just for that. |

Before anyone else starts ANOTHER thread about this, please realize that the UABB is already spearheading a legal and unbiased investigation into MyBitcoin.com but needs your support. Discussion about MyBitcoin.com is very healthy for the sharing of ideas and suggestions on how to tackle this very serious and difficult problem, but nothing will be done about it through forum posts.
Please start contributing to the actual investigation by adding your affidavit, attaching evidence of funds lost, and contributing to the fund to pay for international investigators. Thank you.

I am also in the same boat. I have .12 in there and had sent another 8.5 through my account at "GetBitcoin". Then I was getting the same socks errors that I'm sure everyone else is getting. Fortunately for me I emailed "GetBitcoin" and they informed me that they had recieved my funds but had not relayed them to "MyBitcoin" and asked if I wanted the relay to go elsewhere. By then I found "Walletbit" that has a standard website and they actually respond to customer requests. This transaction went smoothly and I presume that all I have lost is the .12 at "MyBitcoin". Hopefully "MyBitcoin" will return for thier customers but it's getting increasingly unlikely with the silence coming from that site. |

How fat was mybitcoin.com's wallet? A few hundred or a few thousand Btcs? I keep my wallet under my pillow right next to my Glock 9 so this is news to me.
