Is there an actual exploit here? I read it.... here is a snip-it:
Quote
It's not really about any particular security issue, but the way in which they are treating the people reporting bugs to them.
I took this as a complaint about blockchain.info saying they are open source, but not releasing long-updated source code, and also allegations of data mining.

Is there an exploit that we should be aware of?

I agree, minimal amounts on online wallets....

I generally just use them as a hot wallet, I never leave bitcoin in there for long.

I get bitcoin, I spend / invest bitcoin... Got to keep that bitcoin moving to make more...  Smiley

If you're going to keep bitcoins in an online wallet, don't do it on the basis that "those guys know what they are doing". You don't know that. And you don't know the sophistication of the people trying to take your money from you. Until it's already happened and your coins are gone..... The fact is, blockchain.info is less secure than a desktop client like QT.
