This is a bunch of BS. Also I doubt all foreign coin holders care to be regulated by the U.S. especially the Chinese.

The US government will force merchants which sell stuff you'd like to buy to make business with CoinValidation which will going to force you to make business with CoinValidation if you want to buy stuff you'd like to buy.
Is there anything substantial which would suggest that to be true? The fact that this 3 guys aren't stupid so they certainly know that their business model will fail if it not helped by US law enforcement. And we can reasonably guess that the regulators will love that idea and make it theirs.

And the thread is already swarming with idiots that has no idea what they are talking about, and therfore has no idea that they left the topic long ago.

The foundation is best ignored.
Maybe you are better off talking to the developers at github. What they do, or don't do, probably matters.

Who's gonna force me to do business with coin valuation?
Who's gonna force me to do business with health insurance? Who provides it?

luke Jr's miner protocol is not 'for the people' or 'for retail' its part of changes to make auditing who owns what easier, by forcing people to use only one address.
miners should avoid protocols such as mike hearns and luke JR's
imagine it: a retailer only able to use one unique address every 10 minutes.. what is luke JR even thinking!!!! imagine it: you want to send funds to 2 people but you dont want them to easily work out your secret stash because one of those people is related to you and will want you to buy them an expensive christmas present. you have to wait x hours, because starbucks is using each slot of each block. then your 2 uniquely addresses funds you moved around will be 10 minutes apart ATLEAST or hours depending on others.
bitcoin is not american its international so will the bitcoin foundation stop sucking U.S governments ass

I just don't come to the same conclusion you are. If Coinvaluation wants to provide a sweaky-clean Bitcoin variant some people might want to chose that. Everybody else would just use Bitcoin as it is. I don't think I have use for the things Coinvaluation plans to provide, but if other people think they do what do I care?

coinvalidation is not a protocol change.... its a business advisory service to help businesses make policies for AMLKYC. this is not a big deal as its voluntary for use their database and services. but mike hearn and luke JR's stuff are bitcoin PROTOCOL changes which cant be ignored. people will have to make a choice if these idiotic idea's ever get implemented

You've got to be kidding me. Glad to see it does not affect the price(Although I would like for it to go down a little bit). I just don't come to the same conclusion you are. Sure we can ignore them, but it will bite us in the ass in the long run. We must stay sharp, analyze, make all necessary precautions.

Thanks for creating yet another thread on this topic. The other 9000 weren't enough.
Obviously the last 9000 threads you reffer to did not solve the problem. So yea we might need another 9000

I concur. Who cares if they do this? It's like people bitching about Facebook privacy. "Oh but they should be more private with my shit, blah blah sign my petition share my post blah blah" Or stop using a service that doesn't provide what you (claim to) want? "I can't do that it's not practical my friends/family are using it" How about: Stop bitching, get out of your comfort zone, and find some people who have the same philosophical ideals to be friends with/do business with.

/thread Hint: Where there is a "free market", there is government. It is possible to have government without a "free market" though.
