Can't find a simple answer... .conf file for bfgminer3.6 doesn't load

So everytime I start bfgminer I enter all my info for my mining pools and  save the config file in the same directory.

If I restart the miner I have to re-enter it all again because I can't figure out how to load my config.

this has to be an easy fix right?
