We have been experiencing a few technical issues today but these have now been resolved and our servers are now running smoothly.

Fix to "subscribe() takes exactly 1 argument (2 given)" error has now implemented on our pools to allow bfgminer to work correctly.

The performance issues that we saw late yesterday were due to problems at our hosting provider which have now been resolved and normal service has resumed a number of hours ago.  |

New database server brought online yesterday and things have been a lot more stable since

Connection to wallet server was disrupted this morning but this as now been re-established and miners are back up and running.

All our pools are now back online, sorry for any trouble caused but we should be a lot more stable going forwards |

I sent a few support requests and I know you guys have been busy getting things running properly, but I've got an entire day and a half worth of mining profits that vanished because I entered an invalid betacoin address and your system never returned my coins.
This is a nasty bug in your pool software. Would you mind taking a peek, please?

Had performance issues with new server so have reverted back to original hardware and things are looking more settled now.

My VPS host decided to reboot my server during the night without notice!!
All pools have now been restarted.
