How Can I resize the Images on Bitcointalk

I'm so confused about the resize of the Images. I successfully use Imugr to post the images but can't be resized systematically on Bitcointalk forum. So anybody can help me!

Please suggest the step by step process to Resize the images.

E.g:

Just simply put the code for posting images.

Code:

And to resize it simply insert width and height.
[img PUT THE WIDTH AND HEIGHT HERE][/img]
[img width=200 height=150] PUT THE DIRECT LINK OF THE IMAGE HERE[/img]

Press the button

Use width and/or height inside your img tag.

Please don't do this. It doesn't reduce the download size, and it slows thread loading.  It is so easy to resize the image on your computer using free software such as Irfanview. It allows you to crop the image as well, and to add a watermark.
