Venezuela is now a poster kid as to how Bitcoin can be helping a country mired in deep economic problems and chaotic political environment. As people are struggling for survival, Bitcoin can be of big help in many ways including becoming a store of value and a way to evade the interfering power of the government. I sympathize with the people of Venezuela as they failed to vet for leaders that can be working for the solutions instead of adding more problems or worse sprinkling salt and pepper to wounded knees of the Venezuelans.
