Hi!

I would like to thank everyone who helped me out getting my powerful rig up and running.
Running cast-xmr gives me approximately 1800H/s per card using the default Vega 56 bios which is really good.
The problem I am currently having is that 15 minutes after running, I get errors and the miner crashes.
I think the settings in the overdrive profile I am using from the vegaminingguide.com are too high.
I am not very knowledgeable about tweaking overdrive settings.
Can someone help me adjust the profile from vegamining guide below?

Code:
[Profile_1]
Name=Vega56
GPU_P0=852;900;0
GPU_P1=991;900;0
GPU_P2=1084;900;0
GPU_P3=1138;900;0
GPU_P4=1150;900;0
GPU_P5=1202;900;0
GPU_P6=1212;905;0
GPU_P7=1407;950
Mem_P0=167;900;0
Mem_P1=500;900;0
Mem_P2=800;900;0
Mem_P3=950;900
Fan_Min=3000
Fan_Max=4900
Fan_Target=75
Fan_Acoustic=2400
Power_Temp=85
Power_Target=0

The most common things to change to achieve stability are GPU_P7 and Mem_P3. For example your setting for memory overclock Mem_P3=950;900 usually works for Vega 56 with Samsung HBM2 memory. Sometimes it is too much and you may need something like Mem_P3=925;900. If you have Hynix HBM2 even this setting may be too high. The proper setting can vary and there is no easy way to configure an entire rig of cards. I like using Claymore's Cryptonote miner to find proper settings because it gives a lot of information in the logs telling you when memory overclock is too high and when specific card hangs (meaning usually undervolted too much).
