I think you are confused
ICO = Initial Coin Offer

To see if a coin is mineable, you have to go to official source and read the whitepapper or ANN thread on BitcoinTalk

Depends on the ICO. For example, ethereum was an ICO and you can mine it. On the other side, no you can mine medical chain.

Doubt that this guy knows anything about mining or crypto in general.

Can I mine ICO ? like Eligma , GIG9, Medicalchain ? I have Corei7

The point is that as long as this coin has a "POW" status and can mine using a CPU only, yes you can do it.

where do I find it?

To see if a coin is mineable, you have to go to official source and read the whitepapper or ANN thread on BitcoinTalk

or you can see some coins that can be mined with a CPU on another web like this: http://cpucoinlist.com/

Yes, but it depends on the crypto type- PoW, PoS, token, etc; you'll have to do a little research and reading- ANN, website, & whitepaper.

I think a lot of ICOs are tokens, which are not mineable,
but some ICOs might be cryptocurrencies and be mineable,
some may even switch from tokens to cryptocurrency

I personally do not trust ICOs / Premines,
Id rather see people paid over time for work,
the DASH Masternode Governance and Budget System works great for this:
