[Auction] 500k shares of BtcQuick

I would like to auction out 500 000 shares of BtcQuick. Shares are held on bitfunder (which is closing down),but soon will become direct shares or some other solution that accession(issuer) provides. He stated he is already working on this and should have it done "soon".
Here are some previous dividends. NOTE that there was no dividend last time due to some hacked exchange account of theirs that was holding some small portion of their bitcoins.
