Just wondering what criteria you are using to evaluate the projects? There doesn't seem to be any details on the website, just a rating with no indication how that score was allocated. Is there any weighting on different aspects of the project or simply based on personal opinion? Not saying the ratings are wrong necessarily, just that if you are posting them as indications for investing, you should try and back them up with more detailed analysis on how you reached your conclusions.

He copied it from monoico.com and they claim this is just for informational purpose only. So I wont dwell on their ratings but rather do my own research to find the best among them.

I just checked the spreadsheet. And was amazed by the number of reds. Would have liked if reasons were given as to why they were marked red.

That's my point, there is no information about how the rating score was achieved. I already looked at the website, but nothing apart from a spreadsheet indicating the score and information about the ICO. No details on the projects listed and why they are good/bad. If you (is it your website?) want to make a review website, then you need to actually review the projects (or at least state the criteria you are using), not just randomly allocate a rating. Is it based on the team behind it? Whether they have a working product? Fund raising success? Anything that can back up the ratings given, otherwise it's not worth the paper its written on.

Some of the projects in this list are really good choices.
Even so, I will be very cautious before giving my money to them.
Too many hyped ICOs failed in 2018.

I thought about it, too. I'm not interested in ratings without argumentation. Rating without justification forces me to do analytical work on my own, and this means that this rating is useless. I myself can choose projects with ICO trackers and analyze them.

I followed some of these projects for months.
I don't know why their ICO time is postponed again and again.
Maybe they are waiting for better market condition.

all you mentioned is ICO that has a big sales target, but will it end successfully?

No one knows how the sales process works. I am worried if many unsold tokens. so I better choose ICO which has a small sales target, but all tokens are sold out. such as digital ticks and also bidium.

He only gives his project alone without any analysis, if you can not accept it, please search for yourself in thread bounties. I'm also not interested in that. I better find it myself.

Hello!
I prefer hardware projects, such as ZirconiumCoin, ATFS, NagriCoin. But this is only my choice.
Because I believe in long term investment, when you can earn a good money in 2-5 years. I think the most problem of ICO is a useless of tokens. I want to use it like a share, take a part in control of company. Because I give money to project and want something back.
