i got 2 of these "digital download coupons"

but afaik can't use any of them for myself (the game is not available for download in my country, besides that, i don't use Steam).

i'm not sure what this game usually costs to download and i don't really care,

not sure if that matters, isn't it actually more important where you are? 

that it's not available in my country is only what i read on my quick-search anyway, i might be wrong here,
as said i don't use Steam, so i never used one of these vouchers, or the Games menu myself to Activate a product on Steam.
