Being an excited noob about the world of bitcoin I typically encounter the same reaction when talking to people unfamiliar with the movement
"sounds like its just used for buying drugs"
Slightly defeated on the inside at their brushing off of what I consider to be a brilliant alternative to the fiat currencies that rule today's markets, I'm curious as to what will bring BTC into legitimacy? Retailers have started accepting them, but even if that trend continues I feel as though there will need to be a big change to shake the drug stigma. Thoughts?
