What is this?

This is an opportunity to build your own bitcoin affiliate network and earn referral fees from multiple business streams.

Learn more: Build Your Own Bitcoin Affiliate Network

Wait, before I click the link can you tell me more?

Sure, I'm as new to this as you are, I just signed up, got my affiliate account approved and I'm now able to generate multiple referral commissions from these businesses:

Bitcoin Bourse Affiliate Program PPC
Commission:Pay per Click ฿ ‎0.0003

Bitcoin Bourse Affiliate Program
Commission: ฿ 0.05

Luxury Bitcoin Store Affiliate Program
Commission: 5%

The Bitcoin Card™ Affiliate Program
Commission: ฿ 0.0700

The Bitcoin Pages Affiliate Program
Commission: ฿ 0.1111

Is it really that simple?

I hope so, I've been getting emails for the last couple of months about the launch of a new bitcoin exchange. In the last day or so I heard that they had their new site up and running so I decided to apply for their broader affiliate program and see what happened.

So you're not even involved with the company?

No, not at all. I'm just a normal bitcointalk forum user who has decided to give it a try and see if it works for me. Lots of bitcointalk users advertise different businesses in their forum signatures. I thought this might be a good opportunity as it has a number of different businesses to generate revenue for affiliates.

What sort of payout have you had so far?

The payout is monthly on the 15th of the month with a minimum payout of 1 BTC and as I've only been a member of the affiliate program for about one day, I haven't been paid yet but I have earned 0.1 BTC so far from the free sign up bonus.

How long will the sign up bonus last?

I have no idea, it will probably depend on how many people sign up. From what I can tell the site has gone live very recently so if you're interested in any way, why not take a look and see if it's something that interests you.

What's the link again?

Right here: Build Your Own Bitcoin Affiliate Network

That looks like your referral link?

Yep, it is.

Anything else you want to say?

There's actually quite detailed information on the site itself, so please click the link for more information. Thanks very much for taking the time to read this, it is greatly appreciated.

You cant sign up unless you have a bitcoin related website?

Well, that's what I thought at first but I just provided a link to bitcointalk, told them my username, completed the rest of the form and they approved my affiliate application.

This forum is an important place for bitcoin-associated businesses to get the word out and get new clients from, so it would make some sense that they are interested in harnessing the power of users in this forum to publicise their services. They might have a sign up limit on the numbers of accounts from bitcointalk that they'd accept but their website is pretty new so I'd imagine that they're no-where near that yet.

If you're interested give it a go, see what happens. I wasn't sure if they'd approve my account either but they did.

Have a look for yourself but I don't think so.

I wouldn't think there are any major differences between this and the gambling and exchange referral schemes you're already promoting in your own signature.

Yeah, me too really. If I manage to get more than 1 BTC then they'll pay out sometime after the 15th of December I suppose, otherwise they'll get quite a bad rep quite quickly if they mess users of this forum around.

As far as I can tell, the various websites and businesses have been in development for the last couple of months, but like I said in the OP, I'm unassociated with the company so I don't have any inside information or experience with them to be able to comment with any authority. Most of the marketing banner and link collateral seem focused on affiliates with their own websites, but if you do sign up, there's a number of campaigns running, so if you were creative and persistent, there's probably five or six different marketing opportunities to utilise and maybe over time they'd produce some more forum-oriented material. I'm going to ask them about that... as soon as I can find the support button Cheesy

Would've been nice if you posted the normal url, instead of hiding your referral link.

http://thebitcoinaffiliate.com/affiliates/

Why? It's clearly an affiliate topic and I fully disclosed in the OP that it was my referral link. Take a moment to consider that your own signature provides a direct link to the service you're advertising - why? - because your signature is obviously a referral link.

Maybe you're the type of guy that needs a "Caution: Contents Hot" warning on their coffee cup?

There's nothing hidden, this is an affiliate thread, marked in the title, declared in the first post. You just had to click the link, didn't you? Cheesy

Curiosity killed the cat, no?

Well, it's early days and I've only been a member of the affiliate program for about 36 hours so I'm not expecting sales to come through yet on the underlying products, Bitcoin Bourse, Luxury Bitcoin Store, etc. At this stage there's been over thirty hits for the affiliate program and that has translated to four sign-ups, one approved and three pending approval. All sign-ups are manually checked so there is a delay between when a person registers and when they get notified of approval. It took about eight hours for me to get approved, but then I'm on the wrong side of the clock being in Australia, the websites are based in Europe and the UK, with the businesses being run from France I believe. Like I said in the OP, I'm brand new at this too, so I don't have all the answers... heck, I hardly have any answers Cheesy

There's no downside to registering through a referral link, so if you're interested, please consider using this link:

Build Your Own Bitcoin Affiliate Network

Thanks very much.
