We have read them, but i think you have not.

Nice touch removing the context.

Anyway, from your terms:

Quote
Payment Provider
A third party payment processing company;

...

3.3 You do not own the Software. The Software is owned and is the exclusive property of the licensor, a third party software provider company (the "Software Provider"). The Software and accompanying documentation which have been licensed to us are proprietary products of the Software Provider

And your earlier reply:

We are the software provider and also the payment provider.

Cause we use our own currency on the site we are the provider, and cause we use our own sricpts we are the software provider. Logical, huh ?

So, no, a third party payment processing company doesn't imply in any way that you are your own payment provider. A third party software provider which licenses their software doesn't imply you being the software provider in any way, too.

I also couldn't find any hint about this being provably fair, care to add this section too ?

You are right there is missing an "or", thx for the adivce. Smiley

You can't find anything from this provably fair stuff. We think that is bullshit (i don't mean to BE "provably fair" is bullshit, but that sigils and so on are bullshit) . If the casino provider wants to scamm you he does, whatever logos, so called "proofs", sigils, or whatever he has on his site.
The user NEVER has a chance to REALLY KNOW if the provider is cheating or will scamm you when you try to withdraw, so therefore all this stuff is rubbish.

So whenever you say "third party" you mean "ourselves" ? That's the only those terms can make sense.

The user does have a chance to know if the results are manipulated or not, when provably fair is involved. You might want to be friends with bitwincasino, as the guy behind it is just as clueless about this matter.

As i said, because we are more than one involed person, we thought it were more exact to say "third party", because some of us have their own companys and we use stuff from each other.

But yes, you were right, it wa smaybe a bad idea to do it that way. Maybe we will change that in the future.

No they have no chance. Maybe they have a chance that the games themselve are not cheating, but they have no chance to know if the provider is scamming/cheating in general. What is (as EXAMPLE) a "provably fair" logo worth if the provider is a scammer and don't let you withdraw ? Nothin !

That was my point.

So, we decide to not put any of those things (sigils and so on) on the site, cause in the end they do nothin more as to lull sb. into a (false) sense of safety. As i said, if the provider wants to scamm, he does. period.

-------------------------

What is goin on with that Bitwincasino ?

Diamonds and jambos posts were deleted, cause they were out of the context.

No, but maybe a missunderstanding. English is not my native and sometimes its hard for me to say exactly what i want to say, so missunderstandings can happen.
