I do not have an extra fund to buy the dip, however, I think it is still best to buy what is on the top marketcap since they are also the top gainers whenever the market starts recovering. There are also some good new ICOs who are gaining decent amount of money during the recovery phase. Just make sure to do your own research to keep updated.

I always buy the low cost, high percentage staking coins.  Not ones over 200% except as an experiment now and then.   Every day my three older staking computers produce coins that can be sold for BTC.  I don't know why more people don't do this.  High staking and lower entry coins with active teams I've found are: Truckcoin, VersionCoin, Bitradio, Chess, Compound, and Bottlecaps.

it's a good choice dude, I myself bought ETH because I see the price is very cheap compared to the existing marketcap and demand. You see that the price had dropped below $200 few days ago, it was the lowest price this year for ETH. It's a pity if you missed that opportunity, and fortunately the price rose a few percent now.

for today there are some promising projects and coins, investments in which can bring very good income in the future. As an example, you can lead PundiX, XYO and stellar.

There are a lot of promising coins in the market. It is important to look for projects with a solid experienced team and great use of token. Bought some token during the dip and one of my favorite is Ripple and ETN, as i have a lot of them stored and already made profit with these coins. However, the best way to grow your small initial investment is by identifying breakout coins before they become mainstream. It is also risky to invest specially when you don't know who are the people behind each project, thus, it is essential to do a research before investing.

I won't invest to XRP despite of all the hype that its getting today. ETH is still fine as before but if the network gets congested again that will be the one issue that its devs should address. Choosing a coin depends on your confidence on how much risk you can take while buying that coin. You just don't buy because of hype but you choose and buy it because you have a plan.

I find Ethereum to be the best potential coin to buy during the market dip right now.

During market crash, usually I don't hold any coin but only Bitcoin.
However, when it's stable I usually buy a coin or tokens that have a high volume but the price is very low. The reason is that the volume have a big chance to increase if there's a whale coming. It's not always right, yeah cause some coin with low volume eventually get pumped for no reason but at least I've done things with an obvious reason.

It's not always right, yeah cause some coin with low volume eventually get pumped for no reason but at least I've done things with an obvious reason.

According to all my observations, as a rule, token can bring much more income than altcoin, but the degree of risk is also much more.  Although if you look through the prism of the current state of the cryptocurrency market, then altcoin also pose a threat to lose your money for many investors.
