Difficulty is so high that without at least 100Gh you have no point of mining.
Cex.io or buy bitcoins instead.
It is simply not worth buying anything for $1000.

Best mining equipment would be the 2TH/s. But it cost $6000.. you can just ignore those blue furys and jallas cause you will have a hard time making back what you paid....

they are not good deals. at least 30% higher prices than what would be worthwhile/profitable

Agreed. I got about 30 of those little USB block miners on flea-bay cheap and turned them over for a 100% profit in 2 weeks. It seems like there is more money to be made dealing in the hardware than actually mining for coins.

Agreed. I got about 30 of those little USB block miners on flea-bay cheap and turned them over for a 100% profit in 2 weeks. It seems like there is more money to be made dealing in the hardware than actually mining for coins.

I sold a lot of AM sticks  at the lowest prices on ebay.  Today's lowest price for an AM stick is more then 30 bucks on ebay!

My only regret is I purchased 150 of them  with 3x 49 port hubs.  I wish I had grabbed 300 with 6x 49 port hubs.

well  he would be better off with the blades.  in fact he could buy 3 blades and a psu for just about 1000 usd. 


  that is 32 gh for 1000 vs 13 gh for 1000 from cex.io.  the price point for cex.io is 1.5- 2x what it should be

Like others have said, it's a bit too late to buy a miner now. They are certainly expensive. My miner that is 60gh I bought for $1300 and now the same miner is going for $2500-$3000+ on ebay. Am tempted to sell the miner lol.
