i would like an opensource frontend for bitcoin pool and with a reward system if possible so i can start develpoing my own pool

There are several opensource frontends on the forum just search a little bit

Is open source and not difficult to alter (believe me I fixed a couple of things myself hehe)

About the reward system, what exactly do you want to do? With a little bit more of information I can try to help you
