No reply from bytecoin-beaware they are scammers

I tried to purchase bytecoin worth 0.0751434 BTC but it failed and the BTC was transferred.It happened in 3rd feb -2018.I have written them continuous email but they are not responding any of them.i think its a scam

What can we do though? Where did you buy it from also, do you mean a user called "Bytecoin" or an exchange?
