A few quick answers:
How much is the markup?
There is no markup. Cards are sold at face-value, 1:1.

Where do you get these cards?
Zeevex. I have a supplier who sells me Zeevex cards for XBT and I change them into what is needed when they are needed.

How will you deliver the cards?
Just let me know what you would like, I will provide you with an address to send to, and once payment is initiated I will PM the codes.

Do you send first or have escrow?
I do not send first, but will use escrow. However it is up to the buyer to setup the escrow with a trusted member.

How do I know that you and/or the cards are legit?
The cards are from Zeevex (an InComm company) who actually produces the majority of game / gift cards.
As for me, I had 272 positive feedback on Bitmit before they closed. I also sold from my site: lgcards.com since around Aug. 2009. But I decided I no longer want to run a site, so will sell here as more of a "part-time" effort.
