The project has just finished the pre-Ico stage on 4th June, and the Ico stage period was not announced yet. The bounty tokens will be paid aftet the ICO will finish.

The ICO is still running and many are participating in this ICO, Tower bee also get a good Rating from the rating Site, Ico bench gives 3.4 points, pretty good in my opinion, I only slightly doubt their team.
