There's 10 "last" USBs in stock at .15 btc for collectors and that inventory is left for the www.bitCanary.com sales.  There's no inventory otherwise. The USBs have sold out completely everywhere.  You can also find them on eBay I think.

ok thats good to know but international shipping is 0.07 + 0.04 + 0.01 so its more expensive than my starting price for europe
