Hi, apparently you cant claim your $500 bonus and withdraw it, the sign up bonus is only covering up your trading fees. Meaning you have a free of charge of $500 when you trade to upcoin. When you fully consumed your free $500 trading fee, thats the time when you are already charged of trading fee. Hope I help.
