Merculet has made up their system with layers of protocols to make the service flawless and secure. They want to serve their clients with all the advancements but within specific protocols. Merculet consists of a series of protocols and Decentralized Applications in short DApps and it runs at the top.Such system is helpful for the parties for the encouragement of eco-user and rules and conditions. ARP includes standard access protocols, rules-making protocols, budget allocation protocols, settlement and reporting protocols. The parties which are encouraged to use the user’s resources and wish for providing a small incentive to the user. For this ARP is also able to provide standard access protocols, distribution protocols, settlement and reporting protocols, and withdrawing guidance. #merculet.
