So Finally Even high court thinks It is unconstitutional to prohibit banks to work with crypto-exchanges let's see what happens next

Kali Digital Ecosystems' upcoming project CoinRecoil's writ petition against Reserve Bank of India (RBI)'s guideline prohibiting banks to work with cryptocurrency entities on April 18, has been admitted by the Delhi High Court, and a notice has been sent to Reserve Bank of India (RBI), The Union of India through Secretary, Ministry of Finance and GST Council for a hearing on May 24.

Delhi High Court only Sought Response From Central Bank On Recent Crypto Ban, it is nowhere written that high court think of it as 'unconstitutional', they have just entertained a plea in this regard and reportedly issued a notice to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Ministry of Finance, and the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council alleging that RBI’s decision to end dealings with crypto businesses violates the constitution. this will drag down further and we still have time to see that how this plays out. no conclusions for now.

It is a good initiative to go against the guidelines presented by the RBI which is against the business and traders of this market and hopefully they could have a favorable verdict, i have seen many cases involving government going in the favor of government in the past because there is a connection between the political and the judicial system, waiting to see how it goes.

Will this make any changes in RBI guideline as government will have their own explanation and probably they would have thought multiple times before finally coming out with their decision. So let us see what the court has to say in this matter.
