Because there was many forecast from economists and financials about pump in 2018, more people was supposed to enter Crypto world which would lead to the rise of Bitcoin and Altcoins, ERC20 tokens.

Perhaps you are right, perhaps all the statements that were, it's an attempt to keep the market as high as possible. But all will be hoping for rise in 2018.

People are waiting for new pumps, because they have seen a lot in the past. Many people are holding their coins because they believe there will be a big push at the end of this year.
Generally when market keep declining for a long time it give a big push and the price skyrocketed.

I don't know what to believe tbh People believed at first, because they looked at previous charts and thought that the history will repeat, that's why. After they see that it continues to go down, they start to think of other excuses like the Chinese New Year BS that everyone was talking about LOL. I feel like I'm repeating myself too much here, but you can't predict anything people, not in this market! Everything is so crazy here and unstable, there's so much manipulation too that it's literally impossible to say when the crazy bull market will start. The only thing I believe in is the blockchain technology and that's why I'm here.

I think thats because they follow the trend of crytpo from past years. Bearish market always precedes a bullish runs. And we still have two quarters left before the end of 2018. Based on previous years Q4 always gives us pumps in bitcoin and other crypto prices.

Maybe that's what most of people expect, but the reality is, the market movement can't be predicted even at the slightest. We can learn from the past price cycle but it doesn't guarantee that the history will repeated once more.
Although this kind of belief is what make cryptocurrency has value right at the moment, so basically, a positive beliefs.

I agree, although hope keeps the crypto alive, other people think that it is the same last year, the market will recover in its normal state, the altcoins will pump so as bitcoin and other currencies, for today's crisis in the market, somebody is hoping that the history will be repeated once more, they still believe that crypto will not die, they have patience to wait instead of making speculations, but then who wants to end this system? it gives you profit anyway.

I do not believe that 2018 will explode on price, they will be bleak until 2019. They say the end of the year will be a powerful push into the market but they do not have a clear basis for this. So I can not believe it.
