[ANN] urayminer forked from suprminer by (ocminer)

recently i want to mine BCD (bitcoin diamond) but this algo is not available on suprminer by ocminer
so I forked and add BCD algo to it, and also i did notice there are bug on bitcore algo on suprminer
so i fixed it and add some other fix and optimizations 
(for bitcore on my rigs it is slightly faster than ccminer-2.2.5 from tpruvot)

including linux binary (tested and build on ubuntu 16.04.03 with cuda-toolkit-9.1)
i don't have windows rigs so no binary for windows
