There are still pools with getwork? Stratum is better. So why do you want getwork?

It is extremely easy to run a stratum proxy and then it opens up a world of different pools to you. If you need help PM me and I would be more than glad to guide you on it.

cryptopools dgc, arg and tag pools support stratum + getwork via a server side proxy. dgc.cryptopools.com, arg.cryptopools.com and tag.cryptopools.com

http://www.netcodepool.org still has a Getwork node, and according to the stats, 15% of the users are still using it.

Yeah I agree, the info is kind of hidden within the "Getting Started" page.

Anyways, the Getwork node is located at url: netcodepool.org:8337.  If you wanted to switch to the Stratum node for any reason, it's located at stratum+tcp://www.netcodepool.org:3333

I use the Stratum node when mining with my regular miner (AMD), and use the Getwork when mining with my nVidia cards, since I can never seem to get cudaminer to work well on Stratum, but works perfectly well on the Getwork nodes.

Here are the .bat files I currently use.

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
cgminer.exe --scrypt -o netcodepool.org:3333 -u user.name -p password --thread-concurrency 16320 --gpu-engine 1055 --gpu-memclock 1500 --no-submit-stale --intensity 13 --worksize 256 -g 2

This one is for the Stratum.   I think if you change the port number to 8337 that would be all you have to do.

I do my Getwork on my nVidia cards using Cudaminer.  Here is my .bat file for that.

cudaminer.exe -o netcodepool.org:8337 -O user:pass

If you go to the forums, and look for the area called .bat, there are quite a few postings with what everyone is using for their particular cards, and their batch files.  If you are having problems getting it set up, post in the forums as well, and I am sure someone will be able to get you a working .bat file to use.

BTW are you new to mining?  Because you may need to install the SDK files located here:  http://developer.amd.com/tools-and-sdks/heterogeneous-computing/amd-accelerated-parallel-processing-app-sdk/downloads/ if you are using AMD, or here if you are using nVidia  https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads
