Can you briefly describe what is a smart contract and how it is used in your project!
Generally a smart contract is used to facilitate and digitally secure the performance of a contract. We are going to use them to facilitate transactions on the platform , to easily connect buyers and sellers and to make the payments process easier , secure and faster.

Hello. I do not have experience with project based on blockchain. As I read in you whitepapper, all the information about deals are recorded and available publicly. Does it mean that everyone can check the amount of money I earn from a deal?

If you seriously have no idea about blockchain, I would suggest you really take some time and read into the topic first before you make any major investment.

I completely agree with you. Moreover it is a reason why I asked the question. I just wanted to understand blockchain from the perspective of this project.

Should I wait that you will create app for windows phone besides IOS and android? I understand it is not so popular today but it can give you more potential clients.
ZAZA will launch desktop app and mobile version of the platform in Q2 Y19. We totally agree with you that it can give more potential clients in the business. However, if there is any change, we will inform the community ahead.

Our platform is business focused. For businesses to registered they must pass some verification process. In your case, we provide also an individual account to use for such scope. But, there will be also a verification process to pass.

Can you tell more about verification process! How is it going to look like and which documents will be needed for that?

Idea is great but it would be better if you show us a working version with some basic operations before launching the ICO. By doing that you could win the trust of more people than you have now.

Do bounty participants have to pass KYC?
There is only KYC process in every buyer who will purchase the token. Token buyers will have to complete a KYC process after the purchase.

I am sorry for a silly question but what is KYC?

I find this project really promising. Hope you will choose a good bounty manager because it is really important on the stage you are now.

Interested in another question. What is the minimum and maximum amount of investment? Stay with tokens for investors with small money?

Minimum Token purchase is 500 ZAZA tokens. However, there is no cap on purchases.

Are you going to impose electronic signatures to make every deal legal? I guess it is the only way to obligate all the parties to follow contract terms.
Yes. Considering decentralization, we are going to impose electronic signature in the platform.

What if a received good was damaged or was not shipped at all despite that payment was performed? For example in AliExpress you can open a dispute and after proving what you claimed the money is paid back to you. Will your platform have such kind of protection for you clients?
This is actually the safety that the smart contracts provide. The money is stored in the smart contract until all the conditions of its self are completed. As per dispute resolution, this is the step to look further, we are already looking for third party partners related to blockchain.
