Why did you decide to create an ICO? You did not find investors or did not want to transfer the control of you project?

We decided to do an ICO because it’s a great way to promote a decentralized blockchain based product. It creates a big community that supports that product and gives them the opportunity to a part of it through token holding.  Tokenizing the transactions provides low cost procedures and unification of those procedures on the platform. And of course, because it gives more opportunities in getting funded than traditional ways.

Do you have a strategy for finding fake deals and products?

Considering that the platform's transactions will run through smart contracts, the opportunity of fake deals and products will be nearly zero because the fraudulent business trying to do it will not get any benefit out of it. If the other party does not receive any product or deal, the tokens are not released. Furthermore, we are working on a very detailed strategy of business and individual accounts KYC.

The rating system will not only determined from featured ads. It is a complicated algorithmical formula that takes into consideration multiple actions, transactions, activities and procedures. So the rating system itself will not be impacted by the flow of selling or buying.

The reason to exist for a digital asset ( in our case a token ) in a project is first and foremost to provide an incentive that powers blockchain networks. The need for this token rises because we need a dedicated private blockchain in our platform. Most importantly, we are tokenizing an existing product.

Our platform is business focused. For businesses to registered they must pass some verification process. In your case, we provide also an individual account to use for such scope. But, there will be also a verification process to pass.

Can you tell more about verification process! How is it going to look like and which documents will be needed for that?

This kind of information will be disclosed to potential business users before to register in the platform. We will require documents such as Trading License, Founders Documents, Last year's activities, etc. Not all documents provided will be public, sensitive business data of our business users will be safely stored.

We don’t have a soft cap.We will conduct exactly the number of ZAZA which could be covered with whatever amount with collect. 70 % of collected funds will be used for marketing so the market coverage in terms of marketing campaign and the nr of business users will be impacted from the funds raised but this is not going to stop the project from going on.
