According to SEC if token is traded on any exchange or has any price growth method (such as burning) it’s equal to security tokens. So token of any ICO is a security to be honest.
We are an absolutely legal company. We oblige every participant (even bounty users) to pass KYC procedures. And we do not accept money from not accredited investors from USA, Canada, Singapore.
