1397 shares accepted 324 shares registered at my account at bitcoincz
i am speculating on many things one of them is if i need better internett or if something is wrong
is there a possibility that there is something wrong with the transfer somehow?
please help

Well there are a few reasons that are causing increased stale shares. Try another pool and see if the problem insists.

when i try another pool i cant connect, please summarize the problems cant find anything similar on google

Well maybe the pool can't handle the load of sending the requests for every new block and that causes stales.
But to check that out you should connect to another pool first.
