For a CPU it seems to be a fantastic hash rate.

Considering for example how intel I9 stands:

Quote

I9 7980 XE:                        hashrate   1214 h/s   software: XMR - STAK CPU MINER
INTEL I7 5960X @ 4.6GHZ    hashrate   750 h/s     software: CLAYMORE CRYPTONOTE V3.5 BETA

Specs say that CPU has 64MB of L3 cache, so you want to run 32 mining threads to maximize your rate.  I forget how XMRig does their config, do you set the CPU threads in a config.txt like XMR-stak?

I get 1465 h/s on my TR 1950x @ 4.0Ghz, so you should be in the 2000s...
