It depends on the type of bounty you want to do. Let's quickly run through some types of bounty:
1. Social media bounty - Facebook, telegram, Twitter, reddit, medium
2. Translation bounty
3. Signature bounty (involves bitcointalk account)
4. Newspaper bounty
     And so on
So, if you have some social media apps or account, you can start bounty.
You can search for bounty campaigns on Google or better still bitcointalk forum to know more about bounty.

Go to bitcointalk Announcements of different crypto bounties. Check which bounty campaigns you are eligible and wanted to join. But before you get excited, check will if the bounty program is legit and not a scam

If you're thinking about Signature Campaign you are not yet allowed to joined there because you are still newbie. But as far as I know there are some part of bounty allowed newbies to participate in such as Facebook and twitter or Social Campaigns. You can join there as much as you can.

Yous should raise your rank first before you go on and joining all of those bounties, and it is kinda hard to join now because it is also hard to obtain ranks due to the new merit system.

You need to read the rules because you are a newbie. I'm not pretty sure if there are bounty campaigns that doesn't accept newbie ranks but you can give it a try.

There are several campaigns like translation, social media, youtube videos, articles, etc.

As you are new on this forum and want to earn some extra money then you can join bounty campaigns like twitter, facebook or do translation work and you will find out it on announcement thread on this forum. There are many available so you can choose any bounty campaign of your choice and according to your eligibility.But you must follow their rules otherwise you will be blacklisted.Choose wisely a legit one because there are lot of scams these days.

That you are still a newbie in the forum (may be in the crypto world too) the first thing you have to do is understand the rules of the forum and how it works to be an active user and make deals; This thread may help you know list of unofficial rules of the BTT, and here to know about ranks,positions and activities calculation. You should also take a look at trust system.
Then start learning about the ecosystem of cryptocurrencies and how to be involved into it. At a stage you will be able to define, you will be familiar with announcments and bounty threads for ICOs and you will know about different active campaigns in the services board.
Take your time before joining any campaign and don't forget to learn about interacting with ethereum that it's the only way to get paid for your work.

You can find all the necessary information in the forum sections. With your rating  you'd better start with Twitter and Facebook. When you get to Junior Member, you will be able to participate in Signature and other high-paying bounty.

First of all you have to write 30 posts, than you will get Jr.member. After that I would recommend you to make an analysis of the bounty which is available on bitcointalk. Then carefully read the instructions of the bounty and apply signature in your profile settings.
When you have done all the instructions above, you can start to wright high quality messages on bitcointalk (usually it is 10-15 posts per week)
