Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Suggestion: Instead of overwriting the zone file, why not making use of nsupdate (existing since bind 8.) that exists for exclusively for this ?

good suggestion, but we add timestamp in file too, and then check expired entry and remove them.
not sure possible with that command..
