I will be very interested if you find something soon. Maybe someone should write a whitepaper and get funding for next-gen computers?

I focused on the WorldWi-Fi. This point got my attention and i think it would be great if something like this could happen.

However, IMHO this idea needs great infrastructure in order to offer such service.

I would be watching this post for further info.

Technically possible, but you'd have to get each project to give you API access, and they may not want to.
