I would say a lot. You can probably contact some signature campaign owners and ask them but to give you an estimated number, you can check the statistics from the ads placed on the forum adslots: https://bitcointalk.org/adrotate.php?adstats

Depends really on where do your users that you hire post on, for instance if they post on highly viewed and good topics you can get pretty decent amount. If you opt to do such thing, to advertise via signatures - then you might want to use some URL shorten service (or create unique URL yourself) so you know at least how many clicks are you getting to know if you want to continue with ads in future or not.
